  • Auto Login for In-App Users Update

    An update was made to address an issue where some users would need to reload to get the Add-in panel to appear.

    Expired files

    If you get a message that your file is expired you may revisit the activity inside the course to re-download the activity.

    Clearing Office Cache if Auto-login not working

    From the ribbon of any Office application navigate to File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Trusted Add-in Catalogs. Select the checkbox Next time Office starts, clear all previously-started web add-ins cache.

    Downloading an activity for either Microsoft Office or Adobe Creative Cloud will no longer require you to login to the In-App sidepanel.
